ICELLIT Zapon-varnish, transparent

This 1C protective paint is easy to use and fast drying. It dries within 10-20 minutes at room temperature. ICELLIT Zaponlack provides basic protection from, for example, tarnishing of brass, zinc, copper or iron. This makes HUELSEMANN Zapon-Klarlack a sought-after protective coating especially for interior fittings. The clear coat can also be tinted in different visually appealing glaze colours on request. This cellulose varnish can be applied by dip spin centrifugal coating machines or by spraying. Electrostatic application is also possible.
KACELIT oven-drying varnish, transparent

This 1-component protective paint based on alkyd resin offers better protection, hardness and elasticity than our ICELLIT series. It is suitable for sensitive surfaces indoors and outdoors at medium stoving temperatures (e.g. 20 minutes at 80° C). This protective paint is also easy to use and free of heavy metals, like all paints from HUELSEMANN. KACELIT Klarlack is applied by spray guns and also by electrostatic coating if desired. The clear coat is also available as glaze varnish in various shades.
ACECRYL stoving varnish, transparent

This 1C stoving clear coat stands out due to its high scratch and chemical resistance. It is suitable for sensitive surfaces indoors and outdoors at stoving temperatures around 130° C (20 minutes). It is of course also applicable by electrostatic coating and free of heavy metals. On request, this stoving varnish is also available as glaze varnish in different colour shades.
ACEDUR 2K protection varnish, transparent
article number: 43-002-30/33
With this 2C protective paint you have the choice between forced oven drying at 60-120° C or drying at room temperature. It is just as strong as our ACECRYL protective paint and yet even more flexible. This clear coat offers optimum protection for temperature-sensitive structural components and can also be tinted in design-oriented shades.
EPITAL 2K clear varnish, transparent
article number: 73-001-00
Probably the best-known protective paint system for application in heated coating drums. Good mechanical and chemical protection. However, our EPITAL clear coat system can also be applied by atomizer and can be set from high gloss to matt. This protective paint also complies with the European Safety of toys standard EN71-3.
All the above-mentioned clear coats should always be tested on different substrates, especially galvanised substrates, before use.
