1-component, oven-drying, epoxy resin

Highly chemical-resistant baking paints on epoxy basis, with excellent mechanical properties, such as adhesion, hardness, elasticity and abrasion resistance. Limited weather resistance.

Fields of application:

Protective coatings of articles that are subjected to aggressive industrial influences. Coating of parts that are used in the textile industry where high wash- and dry cleaning fastness is required.

Applied normally by spraying (all systems), for small metal parts usually in dip-centrifuges or barrels. Oven drying between 160°C and 200°C.

2-component, air- and oven-drying, epoxy resin

2- component enamels on epoxy resin basis, cold-curing or enforced by slightly increased temperatures. Excellent adhesion and resistance against mechanical- temperature- and in particular against chemical influences

Fields of application:

Machinery, containers, filter plant, pipe lines etc.

In particular: Small metal parts of all kind

It can be applied by brush or roller, but with the respective viscosity, normally by spraying (compressed air, electrostatic, airless). For small metal parts in the hot barrel process.
