The HÜLSEMANN MINI COATINGS can be applied in the following common processes:
Spray Painting
This type of spraying can be applied either manually or half- automatically. Using cycle equipment the curing can be done immediately after the
spraying process. A range from very smooth, matt until high-gloss or structured paint- or effect coating is possible.
Hot barrel coating
Due to the simultaneous processes of enameling and curing, the output can be increased while the costs per unit
will be reduced significantly.
Dip/Spin Coating
This is the coating method of applying HÜLSEMANN paint to parts in bulk by dipping parts in a basket and then spinning the basket to remove
excess paint. That process achieves high productiveness. Depending on the resin type air-or oven drying is possible.
Cold barrel coating
This is a coating method of applying HÜLSEMANN paint to small parts in bulk by applying paint to parts in a tumbling barrel. Baking between
coats cures paint on the parts. Depending on the desired quality and colour, that process can be repeated up to 10 times.
