2-component, air- and oven-drying, polyurethane (PUR)

Air drying paints with quality characteristics that are normally only attainable with baking paints. The coatings excel through their good adhesion and elasticity, and their high hardness and abrasion resistance. Also above average weather- and chemical resistance and gloss-keeping

Fields of application:

In the metal industry for machinery, household appliances, house-facings, windows and doors, utility, vehicles, conveyors, switchboxes, etc. ACEDUR paints are used to great advantage where high demands on the paint quality are to be met, but where baking-in is not possible, either due to the size of the parts, or for the lack of facilities, or where the object is temperature - sensitive.

Applied normally by spraying (conventional compresses air-, airless, electrostatic - also in connection with corresponding 2-component mix- and dosing system). Upon request, special variation for brush- or roller application are possible. Enforced drying up to 130°C possible.
